We are Aetheria, a mental illness management app dedicated to assisting individuals in regaining stability. Consider us your guiding Mission Control on your journey to wellness.

Mental illness is a significant challenge that can make one feel adrift in a vast, dark space. It is not a condition to be "fixed" or simply overcome; rather, it is a part of daily life that should not define your entire existence.

Introducing Aetheria, an empowering app designed to help people of all ages navigate mental health issues, whether during crises or through daily fluctuations.

Packed with easily accessible tools grounded in research and therapy techniques, Aetheria offers 30 resources to support individuals with over 20 different mental illnesses. When you are feeling lost and seeking guidance, we are here to assist you in finding your way back to solid ground.

Upon registration, you will choose your diagnosis(es), name, and pronouns. Rest assured that any information you share with us stays within the app and remains confidential.

Through daily symptom check-ins and bi-weekly health assessments, we aim to develop a comprehensive understanding of your physical and mental well-being. As you engage with the platform, we provide insights into your mental health status, overall well-being, and tool usage.

All features of Aetheria are perpetually free. Operated by Astra Labs, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are committed to never compromising your data privacy, subjecting you to advertisements, or restricting access behind paywalls.
